Dale Pilarczyk Profile
Mr. Pilarczyk is a high-energy, organized professional who has spent many years improving client organizations by relying on education, experience, communication, collaboration and critical thinking to design and deliver new and/or improved processes and strategies that address critical business issues. A common theme to Mr. Pilarczyk’s many experiences has been Organizational & Process Improvement using a rigorous Systems approach to define and implement a complete solution.

Dale’s professional experiences include; Management & Strategy Consulting, Process & Systems Engineering, Project Management and Industrial Engineering.

 

Management and Strategy Consulting:
Mr. Pilarczyk has delivered consulting engagements in the areas of Operational Design & Effectiveness, Strategic Performance Management/Decision Support Systems, Strategy Development, Organizational Change and Knowledge Management in many industries across most business processes. Dale’s approach includes working closely with his clients to clearly define the business issues and requirements, define the approach, create a comprehensive plan and document the expected value. Using critical thinking skills and facilitation he synthesizes current state, identifies gaps and creatively defines potential future state.

 
Systems Engineering, Process Improvement and Business Analysis:
Mr. Pilarczyk follows a rigorous and disciplined Systems approach to creatively solve business problems with detailed and executable solutions. Dale employs numerous tools and techniques including Critical Thinking, Lean and Six Sigma methods and techniques to analyze, interpret and evaluate business issues leading to the design/redesign of key business processes.

 
Program/Project Management:
Mr. Pilarczyk has managed numerous projects in the Aerospace, Automotive, Consulting, Government, Medical Devices, Financial Services and Industrial products industries. The size of these projects range from focused, quick hit, initiatives to complex, enterprise wide programs requiring many project resources that affected the strategy of the organization.
