Sandal Consulting uses a “Leveraged Business” Model to deliver many types of projects and deliverables. A leveraged model allows Sandal to take the responsibility and leadership of improving our client organizations by bringing in the right resource to the specific issue. Resources may be either Sandal consultants or other expert consultants in their field.

This model provides our clients with a single point of contact to find resources for the various issues they need to address and solve. If Sandal doesn’t have the capability to deliver the required solutions, we will find the right resource.
